What are the shipping costs? show hide
When shipping within the Netherlands, all orders larger than € 250 to a Dutch delivery address are delivered free of charge. For webshop orders smaller than € 250, € 12.95 will be charged. The shipping costs abroad are calculated for the most common European countries when completing the order.
For countries for which we cannot calculate shipping costs in the webshop or for orders heavier than 70 kg, the shipping costs will be determined in consultation with you, and will be charged to you afterwards.
For France, an order larger than € 1500 is delivered free of charge.
What are the delivery options for my order? show hide
The webshop has three possible shipping and delivery methods for both domestic and foreign shipping addresses:
- shipping via our carrier
- shipping via your carrier
- pick up at our branches in Aalsmeer, or Rijnsburg.
Can I pick up my order at Broekhof myself? show hide
Yes, this is possible! If you order before 10:00 on a working day, you can pick up the order the next working day at one of our branches in Aalsmeer or Rijnburg. When placing the order you can indicate when and at which location you want to pick up the order.
Can I have it delivered to a different delivery address? show hide
Yes, that's possible. You can determine the delivery address yourself when placing an order.
Do you also deliver abroad? show hide
Yes, in principle we deliver to all countries. For delivery abroad, please contact with us.
What are the delivery times? show hide
For deliveries to a delivery address within the Benelux, we do our utmost to ensure that if you order before 10:00 am on a working day, you will receive the order at the specified delivery address the next working day. Onze vervoerder doet in uitzonderlijke gevallen iets langer over de verwerking van een bestelling. Het streven blijft altijd uw bestelling zo snel mogelijk af te leveren. Indien u uw bestelling drie werkdagen na de aangegeven afleverdatum nog niet heeft ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via de klantenservice, telefoon +31 (0)71 403 12 11 of mail naar email@example.com.
Can I decide on which day my order will be delivered? show hide
During the ordering process you can also indicate on which day you want your order delivered.
What should I do if my order is late? show hide
In exceptional cases, our carrier takes a little longer to process an order. The aim is always to deliver your order on the desired date. If you have not received your order three working days after the indicated delivery date, please contact us via customer service, telephone +31 (0)71 403 12 11 or via info .firstname.lastname@example.org.

All prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of VAT.

Of course. Payments are made through a secure connection with our partner Adyen. All data will be deleted immediately after the transaction has been completed.

I often order the same items, can I also save them for the future? show hide
Yes, once your order is placed in the shopping cart, you can save the order as a favorite shopping list. Next time you can go under mijn account open this favorite shopping list so you don't have to fill an order again. You can save multiple shopping lists.
I have a complaint, what can I do? show hide
At Broekhof we work to provide you as a customer with the best possible service. Nevertheless, it can happen that something does not go quite as planned and that you are not satisfied. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling +31 (0)71 403 12 11. This applies to complaints about both the physical product and our services. . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your complaint for mediation via Thuiswinkel.
Our complaints procedure:
- Let us know within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the defect that you have a complaint.
- A complaint can be made known via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone +31 (0)71 403 12 11.
- Describe your complaint completely and clearly.
- 14 days after receipt of your complaint you will receive a response with a solution.
- If it is not possible to provide a solution within 7 days, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 7 days of receipt of your complaint and an indication of the time within which you can expect a solution.
